This program allows children who qualify for free or reduced lunches to transfer from a lower-performing school to a higher-performing school within their geographical cluster. SEAT transfers are limited according to capacity at the accepting schools.

Parents interested in SEAT transfers will be given a list of schools from which they can choose to send their children. Transportation is provided for this transfer. There are deadlines and application requirements related to the SEAT program which must be followed.
